Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems, providing solutions, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service quality and operational processes.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
