Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and product knowledge
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product expertise

Qualifications
