Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues by investigating problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients to meet sales targets.

Qualifications
