Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify opportunities to upsell products/services based on customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or call-center environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a virtual team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
