Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate tickets when necessary to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to improve processes and share feedback.
- Manage multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer applications, CRM software, and typing at least 35 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
