Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
