Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to develop scripts and improve service quality assurance scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate technical and billing support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
