Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose complex customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to senior management when necessary.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions accurately into our CRM system to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and during high-volume periods.
