Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical or billing issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service updates to provide accurate information.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate starters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance targets.
