Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Provide detailed product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the brand's values.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on multitasking.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
