Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database and internal systems.

- Stay current on product updates and company policies to provide accurate support.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, call center, or support environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
