Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and speed
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service protocols
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and company revenue
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with active listening abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and some holidays
