Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (rotating shifts).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote role).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
