Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and solutions to their inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, billing questions, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (if applicable).
