Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction scores. If you have excellent communication skills and a desire to help others, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team to ensure timely resolution.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (KPIs).
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
