Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.
- Enter accurate customer data into the CRM database and track all interactions.
- Adhere to all company call scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and compliance policies.
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase customer value and company revenue.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize call flows and improve service metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and software tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in using computers, navigating multiple windows, and typing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
