Responsibilities
- Receive and process a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions within the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards during every call.
- Proactively suggest products or services to meet customer needs and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if working remotely (Hybrid options available).
