Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the database.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required (we provide paid training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
