Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and account updates using our CRM software.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and policies to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team while keeping the customer informed.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the database accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
