- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and scripts to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Participate actively in paid training sessions to master product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote options).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule.
