Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and update account records.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters to supervisors when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to meet team targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Adhere to all call center scripts, compliance regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required (we provide training!).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
