Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service issues with first-call resolution focus
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong typing skills (30+ WPM)
