- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account information, and transactions into the CRM system.
- Provide accurate product and service information to help customers achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service metrics.
- Uphold company policies and brand standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficient computer skills and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
