Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and billing issues with first-call resolution
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer interaction records
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing product training and knowledge base updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
