Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting products and services.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies, products, and scripts to ensure compliance.
- Elevate customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) by delivering exceptional service experiences.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficient in using computers, navigating multiple applications, and typing.
