Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and service plans.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle escalations and complex issues according to company protocol.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult callers.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
