Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolving issues quickly and accurately.
- Build rapport with customers by actively listening and demonstrating empathy for their concerns.
- Log all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints into the CRM system.
- Research and identify solutions to customer problems or complaints.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
