- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
- Meet daily performance metrics regarding call volume and quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is highly preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Reliable home office setup with a high-speed internet connection and a quiet environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
