Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory accuracy during the shift.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with cash registers.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
