Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat platforms with empathy and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or questions regarding our products and services.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and response time metrics.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
