As a key member of our client support team, you'll handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain client satisfaction metrics. We provide all necessary equipment and ongoing support to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and average handle time
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and training modules
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Quiet home office with reliable internet (min 25 Mbps)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office suite
