Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with billing and technical teams for complex issue resolution
- Meet daily performance metrics including AHT and CSAT targets
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer retention
- Participate in weekly training to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote environment
- Type 40+ WPM with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends
