Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop and articulate a comprehensive roadmap for 2026, aligning business objectives with long-term technological trends and market opportunities.
- Future-Proofing: Analyze macro-economic and technological shifts (e.g., AI integration, sustainability mandates) to ensure our infrastructure remains robust and competitive.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead high-level initiatives involving R&D, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of the 2026 strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic concepts to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in and allocate necessary resources.
- Innovation Management: Cultivate partnerships with emerging technology startups and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs and milestones for the 2026 roadmap, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, or product management within the tech industry.
- Strategic Insight: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on future market trends and driving organizational transformation.
