Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the '2026 Vision' strategic roadmap, aligning technology with long-term business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify disruptive technologies (Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) relevant to 2026.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate future-readiness into current development cycles.
- Advocate for bold innovation initiatives while managing the risks associated with emerging tech adoption.
- Present complex strategic insights to the C-suite and Board of Directors in a compelling manner.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for long-term innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Futurism.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
