Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of AI governance frameworks designed specifically for the 2026 regulatory landscape.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of ethical AI models, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Conduct forward-looking research on emerging technologies to identify potential risks and opportunities for Nexus Future Systems.
- Define and execute the company’s 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure adherence to global standards.
- Mentor senior engineering and product leadership on best practices in AI safety and bias mitigation.
- Present complex technical and ethical concepts to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML leadership, or a related field.
- Proven track record of implementing ethical guidelines in high-stakes tech environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to plan for multi-year horizons.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical risks into business strategy.
