Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of the strategic vision and long-term goals specifically aligned with the year 2026.
- Market Intelligence & Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies, economic shifts, and competitive landscapes to predict future market needs.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead internal innovation labs and cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions before market launch.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex strategic visions to the C-suite, board members, and investors with clarity and conviction.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the strategic deployment of capital and talent toward high-impact, future-oriented projects.
- Regulatory & Ethical Guidance: Anticipate future regulatory changes and ensure our long-term strategies adhere to ethical standards and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior executive leadership roles, with a proven track record of forecasting market trends.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current limitations and conceptualize business models for the year 2026 and later.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, and their potential business applications.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences, including boards of directors.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, long-term problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
