Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology applications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Prototype proof-of-concepts for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Published research in IEEE journals or equivalent peer-reviewed forums
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnerships
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
