Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 daily calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (quality, speed, attendance)
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Typing speed: 25+ WPM
- Reliable transportation to downtown Houston
