Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on high-quality service and retention.
- Assist customers by resolving product inquiries, billing questions, and technical support issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback into the CRM system.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products/services to increase revenue.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and patience while handling difficult or frustrated callers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
