Responsibilities

- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate, empathetic responses.
- Document all interactions accurately within our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and monthly performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company call scripts and guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be reliable and committed to full-time availability.
- Experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus, but not required.
