Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Identify and cross-sell products or services to meet sales targets and company goals.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and computer (if remote/hybrid options apply).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
