Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Document detailed customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while adhering to company scripts.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
