Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Meet daily and weekly call handling targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and web browsing).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
