What You'll Do:
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary goal is to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account questions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
