Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat software.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions with empathy and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Learn and retain product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Access to a stable computer and high-speed internet (if working remotely/hybrid).
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
