Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company brand.
- Update customer records with accurate information after each interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is not required but is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work options.
