- Deliver responsive technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Document all interactions and solutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
- Conduct regular system updates and security patches
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and report potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
