In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external clients, ensuring they have the technical support they need to succeed. We provide a collaborative environment where you can learn the ropes of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person tickets.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices for system maintenance and security.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new staff members regarding company IT policies and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior professional experience required—we provide paid training!
- Strong interest in computers, networks, and technology is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users in simple terms.
