Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, operating systems, and applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the help desk knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot equipment and network connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete on-the-job training.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
