Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Execute efficient point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and visual appeal
- Process customer returns/exchanges while adhering to company policies
- Assist with digital tools including mobile checkout and inventory scanning systems
- Participate in weekend team huddles for goal alignment and performance feedback
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible scheduling options available)
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
